Arrival

Every guest is greeted at the door by professionals who take care of your luggage and valet your vehicles, compliments of the resort. Check in is informative, and your Wedding Coordinator is excited to bring all the plans together. 

The banquet team will make quick work of the most difficult setups and break downs. Housekeeping does an amazing job organizing all of the Wedding day chaos, so everyone returns to a clean, comfortable bed. 

There are numerous options for ceremonies, and receptions. 

The Overlook Lawn, as well as the Grand View Gardens and the Waterfall Terrace are all great choices for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies and receptions can be held in the Crystal Ballroom, Presidential Ballroom, or the Country Club. Small indoor ceremonies can also be planned for The Garden Room of the Harvest Tavern, their in house restaurant. 

There’s always plenty of food for guests, and the presentation is more than impressive. Provided tables and chairs are lined with quality linen, of various color choices.

Departure

Upon departure, your Wedding Coordinator and Bellmen remain there to serve you, and it’s always the happiest of vibes. Some couples spend another day at the Resort to take it all in after their guests have departed, and the serenity just radiates from them. Every guest who departs gets a survey to fill out, and you will get a Post-Wedding Survey. Bride and Grooms typical fill that out, along with a Trip Advisor review.
